Refund & Return Policy

At Organic Market, we take pride in offering pure and high-quality organic products.
However, if you face an issue, our policy is as follows:

1. No Refund on Opened/Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened or used products.

2. Return/Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The seal was broken upon arrival

In such cases:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide photos and order details for verification.

3. Process for Approved Refunds

If your case is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent
    OR
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products purchased on sale (unless damaged/wrong item)

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
